What is an FAE electromagnetic brake?

An FAE electromagnetic brake is a brake composed by an inductor coil and core with friction material incorporated, and an induced set formed by the armature, the spring membrane, and the bushing.

The FAE electromagnetic brake works with a standard 24 V.c.c tension (other voltages on request) that when connecting creates a magnetic field attracting the armature disc and causing a strain on the spring membrane, transmitting the torque.
