SEE type electromagnetic clutch

SEE type electromagnetic clutch

The SEE type electromagnetic clutch by EIDE is formed by the armature core with its corresponding coil, a rotor mounted on the keyed shaft with incorporated friction material and the armature, comprising the disc armature itself with a membrane spring and the armature support.

SER type electromagnetic clutch

The SER type electromagnetic clutch by EIDE is formed by the armature core with its corresponding coil and the rotor’s self-centring bearing mounted on the keyed shaft and the incorporated friction material (it is therefore self-supporting and requires no mechanised assembly surface) plus the armature, comprising the disc armature itself with a membrane spring and the armature support.

SED type electromagnetic clutch

SED type electromagnetic clutch

The SED type electromagnetic clutch by EIDE is small in size with regard to its high torque transmission and its inclusion of an armature coil self-centred with bearings. Its structure does not allow any sliding, making it necessary to select the appropriate safety margin. The connection must be made when it is stopped or running at low speed. The clutch can be disengaged at any time.

ECD type electromagnetic clutch

ECD type electromagnetic clutch

The ECD type electromagnetic clutch by EIDE allows high rotation speeds and high torque despite its small size. This is possible thanks to a toothed sleeve, guaranteeing a positive coupling (stopped or at low speed) and a fast disconnection, without retentions or delays in response. The diameters allowed on the shafts are appropriate for large diameter shafts.

NE type pneumatic friction clutch

The NE type pneumatic clutch by EIDE is a compact unit with a pneumatic clutch which disengages via a spring reaction. The actuator is powered radially with compressed air at a nominal pressure of 5.5 bar. Air consumption is minimal and the chamber has a chrome plated sleeve, providing optimal performance.

By adequately regulating the air pressure, it is possible to obtain control over the machine’s acceleration time and also transmission torque control providing safety for the rest of mechanisms.

NE/CD type pneumatic tooth clutch

NE/CD type pneumatic tooth clutch

The NE/CD type pneumatic clutch by EIDE is a compact unit with a pneumatic clutch which disengages via a spring reaction. The actuator is powered radially with compressed air at a nominal pressure of 5.5 bar. The clutch must be engaged when stopped or at a low speed, whereas it can be disengaged at any speed.

Due to its mechanical characteristics, it allows high torques, using a toothed sleeve as a coupling; in addition, depending on the position of the teeth, you can obtain a positional clutch when synchronism is necessary.

ENP type pneumatic clutch

ENP type pneumatic clutch

The ENP type pneumatic clutch by EIDE is a compact air clutch which disengages via a spring reaction. The ENP clutch has an integrated pulley, which means it is extremely compact, robust, light and has no protruding parts. Another benefit is its watertightness, making it resistant to adverse operating conditions with presence of water, dust, etc.
